The DDP initiative encourages the development and the structuring of a global scientific community of analysts working on the country-based assessment of ambitious climate objectives, in line with the Paris Agreement. In-country work is the backbone of the DDP, as we understand the design of solutions must be based on country needs. In each country, a local DDP partner takes the lead in setting an agenda for research, partnership building and stakeholder engagement that aims at facilitating discussions & help decision-making.
